Bar-W have successfully installed new instrument landing
systems for NATS on various airports throughout the UK. The picture shows the
glide path antenna installed C/W cabin and new concrete plinth, awaiting installation
of the IRVRS.
As Bar-W is a main contractor, we work very closely with the client's engineers,
and, together supply and install cost effective projects on time and on budget.
All works are carried out internally, saving on subcontracting works. All operatives
are fully IoD passed, with full airside driving permits |

Recently installed, is a new Radar system by Thales. The full Civil package
was installed within the 2 month deadline set by the client.
Over 2000m of Fibre cable was installed using our live trenching system, from
the Radar site back to ATC tower
