Concrete repairs being carried out live on aprons and parking stands, with only a 2 hour window allowed by ATC and OPS. We carried out a concrete repair at Edinburgh airport on their stands throughout the day and repaired manhole surrounds on their main Runway at night

We completed a 3 year programme for BAA on cracked and sunk concrete panels on their Taxiways and aprons. There was no need to remove the panels as the sunken areas were repaired with our flexible concrete system
Concrete repairs are fully installed and ready for handing back within 60 minutes. Emergency repairs are executed within 5 minutes

100mm diameter cable ducts were installed at Lead Ons. Our trenching machine C/W 300mm diameter rock wheel was used to excavate an open trench. Picture shows full reinstatement, with core ready to receive new AGL filling
Picture shows our Merc 4m van, fully kitted out for Runway repairs. The vans are fully kitted out with 28 multi-channel radios so that our operatives are in contact with ATC, and Operations at all times when Airside.
